A basic and simple how to pan fry salmon makes this so easy!
Place fresh or thawed salmon fillets on a plate. Season with the salt, pepper or any seasoning you prefer. Cut to preferred size.
Heat a non stick frying pan to medium heat and melt the butter in your pan.
Place the salmon fillets in the pan and fry for 5 minutes per side. If it is a thicker fillet you may need to fry it for 6 or 7 minutes per side making sure it is cooked through and flaky.
