Ingredients
  • 2 cups finely diced cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 ripe avocados pit removed and diced into cubes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 butterleaf lettuce washed and leaves removed intact
