A quick meal of meatloaf topped with bacon makes this an extra special dinner!
Pre-heat your oven at 350 F.
Put all the ingredients in one bowl, and combine, but do not over mix.
Press into a loaf pan. Place the strips of bacon across the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, until the middle of the meatloaf reaches a temperature of 165 minimum.
Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
