Tender and juicy blade roast cooked to perfection in the Instant Pot!

  • 5 lbs Blade or chuck roast - boneless
  • 1 pack Low Carb gravy mix
  • 1 pack Low Carb ranch dressing
  • 1 pack Low Carb onion soup mix
  • 1 cup Beef or mushroom broth Or water
  1. Place the broth in the bottom of the instant pot, place the roast on top.

  2. Sprinkle the packages on top of the roast.

  3. Put the lid on the instant pot and seal it, ensure to close the top vent to "sealing"

  4. Press the Meat/Stew button and set the timer to 120 minute cook time.

  5. When the timer is done let the Instant Pot decompress on its own, do not manually release the pressure. By letting it do this the roast stays more tender and retains more moisture.

  6. Remove and serve!
