Packed with flavour these little sausage balls are perfect for entertaining, jut add your favourite low carb dip!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix for about 1-2 minutes on low. It is easiest to have a stand mixer do all the work if you have one. If not mix by hand until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Use a 1 and 1/2 tbsp cookie scoop if you have one to evenly portion out the meat onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once the sheet is full pick up each and roll into firm little balls and space evenly on the baking sheet. If you do not have a cookie scoop (that's okay - I JUST bought one this year and use it for everything!) Just roll balls about the size of a ping pong ball.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 -25 minutes. They will just start to be golden brown on the outside and a minimum internal temp of 160 degrees Fahrenheit is reached.
Place on a plate with toothpicks in them for your guests to enjoy!
